By accessing or using Craft ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

Craft is a portfolio-building platform that lets you create, publish, and share an online portfolio. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the Service without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Craft. By publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver that content solely to operate the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

The Craft name, logo, design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Craft and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without express written permission.

Certain features are available only on paid plans. Prices and plan details are described on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 14 days of a charge.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
